Exploring.......the future of the Library.

I have been reading about the future of the Library. The virtual library and on-line databases will soon be a huge part of Library. If OCLC's Worldcat continues to grow and will be working with Google and other resouces offering virtual books, the masses will be very pleased! I love searching Worldcat but then am disapointed when the item is miles away and unable to be loaned. In this future existence, I could press a few buttons be able obtain the "book." This is very exciting.
